Book a Job
Schedule a one-time or recurring job. Set the date, time, property details, and any special instructions. Send an RFQ for quotes from multiple providers.
Secure Payment
Pay securely through our Stripe-powered escrow system. Your payment is held safely until the job is completed and approved.
Review & Approve
Review before/after photos, approve the completed job, and leave a rating. Payment is released to the provider once you approve.
For Service Providers
Create Your Profile
Sign up, set your hourly rate, select your specialties, and define your service areas. Upload insurance and ID documents to get verified.
Get Verified
Complete identity verification and upload your insurance documents. Verified providers earn a trust badge and appear higher in search results.
Accept Jobs
Browse available jobs in your area, respond to RFQs, or toggle "Available Now" for instant matching. Set your schedule and availability.
Get Paid
Keep 100% of your earnings. Payments are released via Stripe once the property owner approves the completed job. No commission, no hidden fees.
