Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and take a live selfie. Our AI-powered system matches your face to your ID photo.
What we check: Face match (80%+ confidence), name match, document validity. Most verifications are processed instantly. Manual review available if needed.
2. Insurance Verification
Upload your liability insurance certificate. An admin will review and verify your coverage. Once approved, you'll earn the purple “Insured” badge.
Not required to join, but insured providers get significantly more bookings. Property owners can filter search results to show only insured providers.
3. Complete Your Profile
Add a professional photo, write a compelling bio, set your service areas, and select your specialties. Complete profiles rank higher in search results.
